Fuchs Mizrachi School Identity Refresh

Fuchs Mizrachi is an Orthodox Jewish school on Cleveland’s East Side that wanted to refresh their identity. Their old logo is used on permanent signage throughout the campus, so the new identity had to remain familiar, yet also reflect the schools’ values and fit the modern campus design.

Taking a cue from faculty and students who often referred to the school as simply “Mizrachi,” I created a new brand system of clean typography and bold color that emphasizes the Mizrachi name and culture. Heavy paper stock was used for all collateral, reinforcing their values of quality and simplicity.

Following the success of the new identity design, I created a 12 page “Meet Mizrachi” booklet that has also been given an A+ by the school!
